Procedure
We have positive experience with our principal’s active participation in the creation and implementation of programs. We discuss the developmental issues with the principal and design and facilitate a tailor-made journey with concrete goals. The seminar, training or program is therefore completely tailored to the wishes of the principal. For our own quality assurance we process the evaluations (with feedback on the achievement of set goals) into an anonymous evaluation report that we send to the principal for perusal.

Our experience
We have organized a great number of tailor-made assignments in the last 15 years.
For example, we have developed an in-company training course that includes elements such as designing a transition training course and the training of internal trainers and consultants.
We have also strengthened the cooperation within a team of 60 people who came from two different organizations, each with their own culture. These and a wealth of other experiences enable us to know what offering tailor-made solutions involves. You can ask us for reference if you wish.
