For who
Coaching is for managers, professionals and co-workers who want to optimize their performance and develop it during personal discussions with an experienced senior coach.

Goal
The reinforcement of your personal and professional strengths. Fully utilizing your talents and learning to handle opportunities and obstacles in your work (even) more effectively.

Procedure
During an intake interview (free of charge) that is without obligation we work with you to formulate your personal learning goals that can enhance your performance. These personal and professional goals and your specific practical situations are at the core of the coaching process. These coaching sessions will give you substantive insights and exercises that are appropriate for your learning goals. We use different methods for this, such as psychology of selves & voice dialogue, belief system research, biography work, vision development, mindfulness, practical cases, role-play and practical assignments.
During 1 to 4 coaching sessions lasting 1.5/ 2 hours each, you work on your learning goals in order to optimize your personal and/or professional performance. Both you and your environment/organization will positively notice the difference.

SUPERVISION
Trainers, coaches and consultants also have blind spots. Individual supervision covers intervention techniques and the possibilities and pitfalls of facilitating. Your personal themes are also examined.

For who?
Supervision is 1-op-1 facilitation for professionals who facilitate others in their personal and professional development, such as coaches, trainers, career advisers and HRM -professionals.

Goal
Clarity interwoven with intervention techniques, gaining awareness of personal possibilities and pitfalls, and thereby creating authentic and effective facilitation.

Procedure
The journey starts with an intake interview (free of charge). During this discussion we jointly formulate personal learning goals for the supervision. These personal and professional goals and your specific practical situations are the core of the supervision.
Personal supervision has a twin-track policy. You are given technical insight into how you can intervene and the possibilities and pitfalls of facilitation. Which personal and professional aspects promote and/or hinder your facilitation is also clarified.

You are given substantive insights and exercises that are appropriate for your learning goals and practical situations. We use different methods to achieve the learning goals, such as intervention techniques, didactics, biography work, psychology of selves & voice dialogue, mindfulness, belief system research, energy exercises, visualization, practical cases, practical simulations and practical assignments.

During 1 to 4 coaching sessions lasting 1/1.5 hours each, you work on your learning goals in order to optimize your personal and/or professional performance. Both you and your environment/organization will positively notice the difference.

If you’re abroad or want to save travel time, we also offer skypecoachings.
